本平台是面向英国留学生的信息撮合平台。我们不是交易方， 不托管用户间交易资金，不审核每一条发布的真实性。所有二手、租赁和联系方式交换均发生在用户之间。 Humanizer 是 UniBao 单独提供的数字服务；其付费、取消、退款与额度规则以Humanizer 使用条款及 Stripe 结账披露为准。
不得发布以下内容；经核实后，我们可删除内容并限制、冻结或封禁账号：
对令人反感内容与滥用行为零容忍。我们对色情、暴力、歧视、骚扰、欺诈等令人反感的内容及滥用用户实行零容忍政策。 你可在任意内容或用户页面使用举报功能，或在设置中屏蔽骚扰你的用户。 收到举报后，我们力争在 24 小时内完成审核，并在适当情况下移除违规内容， 或限制、暂停、终止相关账号。
所有用户间交易均私下进行，平台不参与该等款项流转，亦不对交易结果承担责任； 这不适用于 UniBao 自己提供的 Humanizer 数字服务付款。 建议：线下面交、检查物品再付款、转租前看合同、不要预付大额押金。 遇到欺诈请及时报警 101，并通过站内举报让我们配合处理。
你保留对自己发布内容的所有权。但发布后，你授予平台一项免费、可撤销的许可， 用于展示、分发、缓存与备份这些内容，以保障平台正常运行。 删除发布后，前述许可同步终止（缓存与日志按合理时限清理）。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，平台不对因使用或无法使用本服务造成的 间接、附带、惩罚性损失承担责任。我们尽最大努力维护平台稳定，但不保证 100% 可用。
本协议适用英格兰和威尔士法律。争议优先协商解决，协商不成提交英国相应法院管辖。
我们可能更新本协议。重大变更会通过站内通知或邮件告知， 继续使用即视为接受变更。隐私相关条款见 隐私政策。

By using UniBao, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the service.
UniBao is an information marketplace for international students in the UK. We are not a party to user-to-user transactions, do not hold funds for those transactions and cannot verify every listing. Second-hand purchases, rentals and contact exchanges take place directly between users. Humanizer is a separate digital service supplied by UniBao; its payment, cancellation, refund and allowance rules are governed by the Humanizer terms and the Stripe Checkout disclosures.
Listings must be genuine, accurate and lawful. You must have the right to offer the item or accommodation and to use every image you upload. Titles, descriptions, prices and dates must not mislead users.
You must not publish or facilitate:
UniBao has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Use Report on content or profiles and Block for unwanted interactions. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and, where appropriate, remove offending content or restrict, suspend or terminate accounts.
User-to-user transactions occur privately and UniBao does not process those payments or guarantee their outcomes. This does not apply to payment for Humanizer supplied by UniBao. Inspect goods before paying, verify rental contracts, avoid large advance payments and report suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities and through UniBao.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant UniBao a free, revocable licence to display, distribute, cache and back it up only as needed to operate the service. The licence ends when content is deleted, subject to reasonable cache, legal and security retention periods.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law, pause the service for maintenance or events beyond our control, and respond to valid requests from UK law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniBao is not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties should first try to resolve disputes informally; unresolved disputes are subject to the appropriate courts in the United Kingdom.
We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes in the app or by email. For details about personal data, choices and deletion, read the Privacy Policy.
